Him, 'eight million displaced by the war in Sudan’
The fighting in Sudan between the army and paramilitaries has caused “quasi 8 millions” of displaced people.
The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi declared this on Wednesday, visiting Ethiopia.
The war has been raging since 15 April 2023 tra l’esercito del generale Abdel Fattah al-Burhane e le Forze di supporto rapido (Rsf, paramilitari) del generale Mohammed Hamdane Daglo, ex numero due dell’esercito.
